33 Days Consecration to the Immaculate – March 23 – April 25, 2026

Based on the 33-Day Preparation for Total Consecration to the Immaculate according to St. Maximilian Kolbe, as presented in the booklet Preparation for Total Consecration to the Immaculate according to St. Maximilian Kolbe by Fr. Matthias M. Sasko (Academy of the Immaculate, 2023 edition), is a concise, day-by-day devotional guide written primarily in Kolbe’s own words and spirit (along with complementary quotes from other saints whose Mariology he embraced). The booklet is intentionally short (≈90 pages) and practical for busy lives, with each day featuring:
- A brief reading (often ½–1 page of Kolbe’s writings, Scripture snippets, or saint quotes),
- Short daily prayers (typically two fixed prayers + Kolbe’s renewal formula),
- A focus on progressive themes of knowing Mary, belonging to her, and living as her instrument.
Unlike the longer, more structured themes in St. Louis de Montfort’s method, Kolbe’s preparation does not divide into rigid weeks (e.g., no “knowledge of self / world / Mary”). Instead, it flows progressively toward total entrustment, emphasizing Mary as Immaculata, Mediatrix, and the one who forms Christ in us.
Follow this structure every day (15–25 minutes total):
- Morning Offering / Renewal
Pray Kolbe’s short daily consecration renewal (from the booklet, usually page 77 or equivalent):
“O Immaculata, Queen of Heaven and earth, refuge of sinners and our most loving Mother, God has willed to entrust the entire order of mercy to you. I, an unworthy sinner, cast myself at your feet, humbly imploring you to take me with all that I am and have, wholly to yourself as your possession and property. Please make of me, of all my powers of soul and body, of my whole life, death and eternity, whatever most pleases you. If it pleases you, use all that I am and have without reserve, wholly to accomplish what was said of you: ‘She will crush your head,’ and ‘You alone have destroyed all heresies in the whole world.’ Let me be a fit instrument in your immaculate and merciful hands for introducing and increasing your glory to the maximum in all the many strayed and indifferent souls, and thus extend as far as possible the blessed kingdom of the Most Sacred Heart of Jesus. For wherever you enter you obtain the grace of conversion and growth in holiness, since it is through your hands that all graces come to us from the most Sacred Heart of Jesus. Amen.” - Reading
Read the assigned day’s text from the booklet (usually 1 short section of Kolbe’s writings + 1–2 Scripture verses or saint quotes). - Gabi Video: Watch the matching day from GabiAfterHours’ playlist (“Total Consecration according to St. Maximilian Kolbe” on https://youtube.com/@GabiAfterHours). Videos are numbered (e.g., “01”, “02”, …) and read the exact pages + offer reflections.
- Meditation / Reflection
Spend 3–5 minutes reflecting silently on the reading. Use the focus question or theme provided below for each day. - Prayers
Recite the two fixed daily prayers from the booklet (typically: one invoking the Immaculata’s intercession + one offering the day).
Optional: Add the Miraculous Medal prayer (“O Mary, conceived without sin…”) and/or a decade of the Rosary.
